1.Can I change my order after placing it?

If you are not packing or shipping, we can change your order. Please contact us with your new information to see if this is possible.

2.My package shows as delivered, but I have not received it.

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your order will probably be delivered within a few days, but you should check with your neighbors and/or the post office in the meantime! If you do not receive your order within a few days, please email us.

1.What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards. Secure payments through the Stripe processor.

All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.

2.Will I receive a confirmation of payment by email?

Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation to your e-mail address after placing an order on our website.


1.How can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, we are very close to receiving your order! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order by clicking here.

2.Can my order be redirected to another address?

Once the order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

3.My international tracking is not being updated.

We are very sorry for the delay of your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you. Please note that orders typically take 10-15 full business days to be delivered. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

4.When will my order be shipped?

Our products are usually shipped within 3-7 business days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5.Can I change the delivery address of my order?

We are happy to change the shipping address of your order! Please send your new shipping address to our team by clicking HERE, as we can only make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing and shipping process.
